We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
4. Data Storage
Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. Form submissions are retained for business correspondence purposes and are only accessible by Devsservices.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party tools that may process your data:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- EmailJS — transactional email delivery
- Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth, and website analytics
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors from our ads use the site and to improve our advertising
- WhatsApp — direct messaging and support
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to delete your data at any time
- Opt out of any future communications
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form and we'll respond within 48 hours.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Our site uses localStorage in your browser to remember your session and preferences (such as language and accessibility settings). We also use analytics and advertising tools — including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — that use cookies and similar technologies to measure how visitors interact with our site and how our ads perform. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, actions taken (for example, submitting a form), and general device and location data. This helps us understand what's working and improve our advertising. You can opt out of ad personalization through your Meta ad settings and Google ad settings, or by using your browser's cookie controls.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Devsservices' website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Provided
Devsservices offers website design and development, landing page creation, eCommerce store setup, digital marketing strategy, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon per project before work begins.
3. Payment
- Payment is required before project work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All prices are listed in USD
- Promo codes must be applied at the time of your quote request and cannot be applied retroactively
- Promo codes are one-time use per email address
4. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as discussed during the quote process. Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope may incur additional charges. We will always communicate any additional costs before proceeding.
5. Turnaround Time
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, slow feedback) are not the responsibility of Devsservices.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate business information and timely feedback
- Supplying any content (text, images, logos) needed for the project
- Ensuring you have the legal right to use any materials you provide
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code and design created specifically for their project. Devsservices retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio (unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place).
8. Limitation of Liability
Devsservices is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If Devsservices terminates without cause, a pro-rated refund will be issued for incomplete work. If the client terminates, any work completed to that point is billable at the agreed rate.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
